Tuesdays : “Tiger Tortilla” Saturdays: “Jalapeno Cheddar”   Romaine and iceburg lettuce, tossed in a creamy peppercorn ranch dressing. Topped with tomatoes, red & green peppers, green onions, and mixed cheese. Served with salsa and sour cream, all in a crisp tortilla bowl.   French Onion Soup   Spinach Salad   Tiger’s special recipe, loaded with croutons, and smothered with melted cheeses.   Fresh spinach leaves topped with sliced mushrooms, tomato wedges, sliced boiled egg, and chopped bacon. Served with a poppyseed dressing on the side.   Veggie Platter   Garden of Eden   An Assortment of fresh fresh cut carrots, celery, mushrooms, cucumber slices, tomato wedges, and broccoli spears, served with ranch style dip.   A fresh medley of greens, topped with tomato wedges, red onions, croutons, cucumbers and shredded mixed cheese, Appetizer size or Dinner size   The Caesar   It’s all Greek to Me   Romaine lettuce tossed in our secret creamy dressing, topped with croutons, real bacon bits, and fresh parmesan cheese.
